How to Apply

Admission to Okasha High School is open to students of all backgrounds who are committed to academic excellence and character development. Our application process is designed to be straightforward and supportive.

Submit Application

Complete our online application form with your personal information, academic history, and family details. You can also pick up a physical form at our admissions office.

Provide Records

Submit academic records from your previous school, including report cards and any standardized test results. For transfer students, we require transcripts from the past two academic years.

Interview

Schedule an interview with our admissions committee. This includes a meeting with parents/guardians and an informal conversation with the student to understand their interests and goals.

Assessment

Complete placement assessments to help us determine the appropriate academic level. These assessments cover core subjects and are designed to be supportive rather than stressful.

Important Information

The entire admissions process typically takes 2-3 weeks from submission of complete application materials. Our admissions team is available to answer any questions and provide guidance throughout the process. We believe in transparency and clear communication with families.

Grade-Level Requirements:

  • January 1, 2025: Admissions open for new students
  • March 15, 2025: Early application deadline (priority consideration)
  • August 15, 2025: Final application deadline
  • August 20-24, 2025: New student orientation (boarding students)
  • August 25, 2025: New student orientation (day scholars)
  • September 1, 2025: First day of school

2026-2027 Academic Year

  • November 1, 2025: Admissions open for next academic year
  • February 28, 2026: Scholarship application deadline

School Term Schedule

The academic year is divided into three terms:

  • Term 1: September - December
  • Term 2: January - March
  • Term 3: April - July

Each term includes mid-term breaks and concludes with examinations and reporting periods.

Tuition & Fees

Our fee structure is designed to provide excellent value for a comprehensive education that combines academic excellence with strong Islamic values. Fees are payable per term.

Scholarships

Okasha High School is committed to making quality education accessible to deserving students regardless of financial circumstances. We offer several scholarship programs to support talented and motivated students.

Application Process:

Scholarship applications are considered alongside admission applications. To apply for a scholarship, you must:

  1. Complete the standard admission application
  2. Submit a scholarship application form with supporting documentation
  3. Provide evidence of financial need or academic/religious achievement
  4. Attend a scholarship interview with the selection committee

Scholarships are awarded based on a combination of financial need, academic potential, Islamic knowledge, and character. Awards are reviewed annually and may be renewed based on continued eligibility and satisfactory progress.

Visit Options:

  • Guided Tours: Tuesday and Thursday at 10:00 AM (no appointment needed)
  • Individual Appointments: Available Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Saturday Visits: By appointment only
  • Open House Events: Quarterly events with presentations and Q&A sessions

  • Visit to our prayer hall and Islamic studies classrooms
  • Inspection of boarding facilities (for residential students)

Visit Guidelines

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Visitors are expected to dress modestly in accordance with our Islamic values. Photography is permitted in common areas but not in classrooms without permission. We welcome questions and encourage open dialogue during your visit.
